We can provide you with several pricing options and these are:

Quotation – ‘all in’

A full specification quotation with an ‘all in’ price – this option is the most cost effective if you have a large decoration project. It is also beneficial to cash flows as the value would be split across valuation payments throughout the project, therefore aiding cash flows for both parties.

‘One-stop-shop’

A full specification quotation with individual areas priced separately – this option is effective for budgeting purposes as a decision can be made as to those areas in most need of works within the budget allowed for and which can be carried out at a later date.

It eliminates the hassle of having to re-quote. Obviously our prices may increase slightly if the original quotation is old but as we have the information already available for the works, we can advise you over the telephone what increases, if any, there are.
